SEA WORLD ANCOL

     Sea World Ancol  was opened in 1980 and is located at Lodan Timur Street No.7, North Jakarta, 14430. It is an entertainment place and also an education place about sea world. This place has 3 missions which are Education, Conservation, and Entertainment. With those missions Sea World Ancol placed itself as an entertainment place with a quality.

     In attempt to introduce biota that lives in nature, Sea World Ancol has approximately 7.300 freshwater biota that consist of 48 species of fish and 1 species of reptile. For the saltwater biota it has 11.500 biota that consist of 138 species of fish and invertebrates and also 3 species of reptile. Those biotas will be shown on 9 freshwater aquariums, 19 saltwater aquariums, and 4 open pools. Every aquarium has their own theme and each aquarium has a message for the visitors. And they also put the information of the biotas that are shown on the aquarium on a label in front of the aquarium.

     They also present many shows and facilities to satisfy and entertain the visitors. For example, they regularly held a feeding show on the main aquarium, they provide a pool where visitors can touch biotas that lives in there, and many more.

     For the ticket price, it is divided in 2 categories which are weekday and weekend. The ticket price for the weekday is Rp80.000,00 and for the weekend it is Rp100.000,00.
